Accelerated Graduate Degree Programs

Earn your graduate degree in less time and for less money at Drake University. You can complete your undergraduate degree and MBA, MPA, or Master of Accounting with Zimpleman's accelerated programs. In an accelerated program, graduate courses begin after you have completed 90 credit hours, typically during your senior year. Accelerated programs are open to any undergraduate major.

Combined Pharmacy and M.B.A. or M.P.A.

Perhaps you want to influence pharmaceutical laws, manage your own pharmacy, or take on a leadership role in a nonprofit or health care center. Drake’s joint degree programs allow you to obtain your Pharm.D. with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.). The joint degree options allow you to receive credit for certain courses in both programs, resulting in substantial savings in time and money.  Learn more about the Pharm.D./M.B.A. and Pharm.D./M.P.A. programs.

Doctor of Jurisprudence/Master of Business Administration (J.D./M.B.A.)

This option is useful for students considering careers in commercial or corporate law. Both degrees can be completed in six semesters and two summers. The program is administered jointly by Drake Law School and the Zimpleman College of Business.

Doctor of Jurisprudence/Master of Public Administration (J.D./M.P.A.)

This program, also administered cooperatively by Drake Law School and the Zimpleman College of Business combines legal studies with a multidisciplinary professional education in public management and policy. It can be completed in six semesters and two summers.
